Storage quotas and file retention periods depend on your account tier. Anonymous uploads are subject to shorter retention periods. We reserve the right to delete files that exceed storage limits or retention periods.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures. We recommend keeping copies of important files.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, all associated files will be deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
